maintenance on all systems installed by us and/or any other system in
your company which has been previously agreed upon.
There are several ways to acquire our
services:
- One is simply by mutually agreeing
upon an hourly rate.
- The second is by signing a contract
for an assignment or project that you would like to see implemented,
based upon a flat fee or an hourly rate.
- The third is by signing up with the "Smart
Plan."
We provide all our
clients with the option of Remote troubleshooting. This process
involves us dialing into your system via a modem pr the Internet, so
that we can attempt to diagnose your problem right away. A technician
will be dispatched onsite if we cannot fix the problem remotely, this
process often saves considerable downtime.
Smartweb Inc. strongly recommends signing a service contract. This
will help us to establish a committed and on-going relationship with
your company and provide you with prompt, quality service and support.
It guarantees immediate and priority handling of your case.
